Hannahs Homes Inc. Mission
Our Mission is to provide and individualized approach to wraparound services to transition age foster youth and at-risk youth who may also have children. These young adults are inspired to breaks cycles of neglect, poverty, and abuse which to often plagues those who age out of the foster care system and transition into homelessness.
Help to further the mission to support housing for a foster youth through volunteerism or being a monthly partner for our cause.
Homelessness Solutions
Everyone should have a stable home to live in. Nearly one third of all homeless persons had experiences in foster care.
Life Skills
Youth experiencing homelessness often lack the necessary skills to maintain or obtain full employment and often lack financial literacy. We want to change that.
Childcare
We offer childcare assistance to Transition Age Foster Youth & At-Risk Youth who desire to become employed and or attend school.
